We are a small business accounting firm that deals with clients from different business backgrounds. Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of clients with unique tax and accounting requirements. Starting from advising on the timing of a specific transaction for tax purposes, to helping the client in CRA audits and inquiries. We respect and value our relationship with all of our clients.

We keep ourselves up to date with constant changes in the Canadian Income Tax Law and Regulations. We are also experienced in working with CRA. We regularly advise our clients on various tax-related matters.

Our firm is always up to date with developments in cloud accounting technologies. Long gone are the days when owners/managers were spending time and effort in holding receipts and logging auto mileage. We guide our clients on updated apps available to help them.

Ali is the founding directors of the firm and is responsible for all aspects of the firm including operations, business development and client services.

Ali has worked in the field of accounting for more than 15 years. Over this time period he has worked with various large and smaller organizations including top Canadian and European financial institutions. During these years, Ali has dealt with high net worth clients, bankers, auditors and junior staff member. Ali loves to work with people and his adaptive nature helps him solve any problem by looking at alternative solutions.

Ali is well verse in accounting principles and transaction processing. Over the years Ali has developed strong skills in internal controls and business processes. Ali also has strong excel skills which can come very handy at times due to system limitation of the bespoke accounting systems.

Ali loves advising his clients on tax matters relating to small businesses and investments. He has completed various Canadian tax courses. Ali is currently in part 2 of the CPA Canada In-depth tax program. This program is the most comprehensive and sought-after tax program in Canada offered by CPA Canada.

Ali is a member of Chartered Professionals Accountants of Ontario (CPA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) which is a UK based global accounting body. Ali has also completed his Masters in Professional Accounting from the University of London.

Aysha Manzoor CIMA (UK), CGMA (US)

Aysha is responsible for the managing special projects within the current business model. She is also responsible for managing and maintaining the client relations and business development

Aysha has one of the most diverse background any professional can have. She has worked as an information technology professional for major Canadian corporations ranging from system support to system design. Aysha has also worked as a project coordinator and project consultant for major Canadian banks. Aysha has also provided accounting, tax and book keeping services.

Aysha has an amazing quality to lead in any situation. She is very well organized and has an ability to streamline any complicated business process. She is highly capable of understanding client requirements and implement flowless business process. Aysha is also very knowledgeable in Canadian Tax and she also provide credit consoling to client in financial distress.

Aysha is a member of a Chartered Institute of Managements Accountants (CIMA), a UK based management accounting designation and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Aysha is currently enrolled in Chartered Insolvency and restructuring program and is a certified credit consoler.
